Starting with their learning goals, participants worked to achieve them with a unique learning path, choosing from more than 150 executive programs offered by 20 elite business schools across five continents.

Leaders connected across regional and cultural boundaries to think differently about regional specificity and global interconnectedness.   

With the guidance of faculty advisors, participants built capstone projects based on their professional goals and personal passions.
