"Entrepreneurship: from Startup to Scaleup" will focus on the transition from the early stage of founding a startup to to the exit or to become a sustainable, high-growth company. The program consists of a blend of academic lectures, experiential learning, site visits, and meetings with founders and investors. participants will analyze real startups in multidisciplinary teams to diagnose strengths, identify growth barriers, and craft scalable strategies. By integrating theory with first- hand exposure to the startup ecosystem, students will leave with practical frameworks for scaling, a clearer understanding of common pitfalls and success factors, and actionable recommendations applicable to entrepreneurial ventures and corporate innovation initiatives.
