With the growing global focus on authenticity, transparency and accountability, more than ever, truly effective leaders and managers can't afford to be simply 'aware' of ethical consdierations - they need to understand why ethical practic is an essential part of smart (and profitable) business operations as well as how to make ethical decisions. Incorporating neuroscience concepts on how the brain processes information, this course covers a cornucopia of ethical theory, dilemmas and practical problem-solving in fields such as artificial intelligence, data and IT, human resource management: environmental and social sustainability and corporate governance.
