During this course, participants will understand the main concepts and approaches related to sustainability, ESG and sustainable finance and gain insights on how sustainability can minimize risk and help create long-term business value. The course is comprised of three modules. The first brings a general view of sustainable finance and explores how sustainability can be translated into risks and opportunities for businesses and finance. In the second module, participants will explore sustainable finance within the corporate landscape, discussing corporate governance and return on investment of sustainability projects. The third module will discuss sustainable finance in the financial system, understanding how the banking and investment industries incorporate sustainability in their practices.
