Sustainable Development Goals: Innovations and Actions for Business

Sustainable development is one of the greatest challenges of our time: how do we combine economic development with social justice and environmental sustainability?

This Global Network Week aims to equip students with the skills, tools and knowledge needed to become effective leaders and sustainability change agents. Students will collaborate in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams to develop innovative prototypes and initiatives to address the pressing challenges presented by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

This course asks students to:
•    Evaluate how environmental and social issues influence an organisation’s long-term sustainability,
•    Examine how individuals and businesses can contribute to SDGs through innovations and actions,
•    Identify how they can use this knowledge in their future career.

Live sessions 7:00 am – 10:00am AEDT. Additional self study and group work will be required outside these times.
