The course is designed to provide a practical understanding of executing investments and corporate transactions with a focus on Asia and China. Given the importance of China both in Asia and globally, a meaningful amount of time will be spent delving into select specific nuances of and regulations governing corporate transactions in China vis a vis other jurisdictions.

There will be several hands-on elements involving the construction of basic financial models and analyses throughout the course.
