In this subject, students will explore various aspects of international finance including the decision-making context, the securities and markets involved, relevant market and policy dynamics, as well as their implications for financial strategy and execution. While the basic material will be delivered via traditional lecturing, the highlight of the sessions will be the discussions of how the material relates to real- world decisions by at least two types of firms; those that are already international and those that have only started to internationalize.
