MEETING DAY(S)/TIME: Mon 6/14 - Fri 6/18 (9AM-3:30PM): Daily synchronous 9-11am & 2-3:30pm. Daily asynchronous coursework 11-2pm. Given it is a 2 unit course in just one compressed week, students should expect to be doing group work beyond those hours.

 

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Growing scientific consensus has emerged to understand why women’s and men’s career paths continue to diverge in the modern workplace in both predictable and surprising ways. This module will examine the state of gender equality, identify the unique approaches that women use to solve pressing social problems, and equip women with the leadership tools needed to achieve their highest potential.
