This course focuses on Brazil's energy landscape and the critical importance of renewable energies in meeting emerging energy demands (climate change, data centers, etc). As Brazil's energy matrix boasts approximately 83% renewable sources, the course will explore how this position can be leveraged to address the growing energy consumption. Participants will analyze various renewable energy sources, such as solar, wind, and hydropower, and their potential to provide sustainable solutions to the increased energy demands from these facilities. The course will also discuss the challenges associated with integrating renewable energy into the grid to support data centers while ensuring reliability and stability.
