This MBA course on digital transformation takes full advantage of UCD's exceptional location in Dublin, the thriving technology hub of Europe. The program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience by combining company visits in the afternoon with morning sessions featuring special guests, case studies, and lectures. In 2022, we visited industry leaders such as Meta, Accenture, Hubspot, and IBM. Additionally, we welcomed distinguished guest speakers from LinkedIn and NatWest, and delved into lectures on why many digital transformations fail and how firms can ensure their survival, covering topics ranging from entrepreneurship to management. This year, we are excited to expand our company visit list to include AI and neuroscience firms, introduce new case studies, and welcome more leaders. These additions aim to equip students with the most cutting-edge skills and knowledge to drive successful digital transformation in their organizations and beyond.
