Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged has a tool that has applications across different business domains. Human resource (HR) functions are increasingly adopting AI and machine learning as tools to solve many problems such as talent management and organizational design.
Given the rampant use of AI and machine learning in management, this course will introduce managers to key concepts in AI, machine learning, and relevant computing techniques for implementing AI solutions. The course will increase manager's readiness to utilize AI in talent management, organizational design and other business applications. This course also introduces easy-to-use computing techniques in R and/or Python for implementing AI solutions in talent management and organizational design.
